Behind the Coffee
This Honduran coffee originates from the western mountainous Pacavita region, which has also become the worlds third largest producer of washed Arabica coffee. Here, the coffee plants grow in a rich, clay soil, shaded by Inga trees. All of these small farms originated more than 30 years ago. This decaf is processed by Swiss water process, 100% chemical free. This process ensures the care to preserve the character and flavor of the beans.
